There’s all kinds of ways you can get creative with pumpkin pie, by all means do some googling to find your own twist. We considered going down this path and making our own filling from fresh pumpkin’s but ultimately we wanted to focus on other pastries. We’re using Libby’s canned pumpkin puree and the recipe from https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/pumpkin-pie-with-caramel-pecan-topping/ We don’t ship the caramel pecan topping but you can make it yourself when you’re ready to serve.
You can keep our pies frozen until ready to serve, just thaw 24 hours in the refrigerator.
