AJ’s been baking for a decade. He started under the instruction of his older sister while she attended a culinary program. His sister decided baking would be a better hobby than a living and transferred to an academic major receiving her Bachelor of Arts. AJ’s been baking ever since for friends and family. When he got old enough to apply for bakery positions the established companies wouldn’t take him seriously so we decided to start a business under the Florida Cottage Food business regulations.
